Return Eligibility

  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID) is required

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items



If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Share clear photos or videos of the issue to help us verify it quickly. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.



Refund Process



After we receive and inspect the returned item:


  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit



Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.



Exchanges



Exchanges for size, color, or defects are available, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
